Inspirational Bible Verses For Youth,Failure,Courage
I have some questions about two Bible verses that deal with God's sovereignty.

Ephesians 1:11 says, "also we have obtained an inheritance, having been predestined according to His purpose who works all things after the counsel of His will."

I have a question about Ephesians 1:11. Does the passage teach that God does or works everything in conformity with his purposes, or does it teach that everything God does he does in conformity with his purposes? Would the grammar of the Greek New Testament indicate which interpretation of Ephesians 1:11 is correct?

Romans 11:36 says, "For from Him and through Him and to Him are all things. To Him be the glory forever. Amen."

What does Romans 11:36 mean when it says that all things are from God? Does it mean that God created all things? Does it mean that everything event that takes place was decreed by God to take place?

“Let not your heart be troubled; you believe in God, believe also in Me. In My Father’s house are many mansions; if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you.”

Jesus said these words to his disciples. He told them, if you knew my Father you would know me because I come from Him.  Jesus wanted his disciples to know God intimately, he taught them how to have a personal relationship with their heavenly Father so they didn’t need to ever be fearful or troubled in life.  Believe in God and His love will abound everywhere in your life.

I’ve used this verse several times over the past year and whenever I’m facing a difficult situation.  In fact, all of John 14 is powerful.  You can prosper in ANY situation if you don’t limit what God can do in your life.

I’ve literally said out loud when I’ve needed “my heart is not troubled because I believe God. I know what Jesus Christ did for me, redeeming me and giving me an abundant life” – now and forever…and even then, we get a mansion!
